    Appletini 

     Ingredients :-  [serves 2]
    100ml fresh apple juice

    35 ml lemon juice   
    50 ml sugar syrup   
    Apple slices for garnishing   
    Granulated sugar: add to taste

Method: Add apple juice, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well and strain in a glass with sugar at the bottom. Top it with an apple slice. Serve chilled.

    Italian cream soda

    Ingredients :- [serves 2]
    240 ml passion fruit flavored syrup
    100 ml watermelon flavored syrup
    240 ml carbonated water
    30ml cream

Method: Fill a glass of ice and pour 2/3^rd of it with carbonated water. Add watermelon and passion-fruit syrup and top it with cream. Stir well and serve.

   Cindrella

    Ingredients :- [serves 2]
    60 ml pineapple juice
    60 ml orange juice
    100 ml club soda   
    Hint of grenadine   
    Pineapple and orange slices to garnish

Method: Add juices with crushed ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a tall glass. Add club soda and grenadine. Garnish with pineapple and orange slices.

   Sundowner

    Ingredients :- [serves 2]   
    White grape juice- 100 ml   
    Cold sparkling water- 50 ml   
    Fresh mint- for garnishing

Method: Mix the ingredients with crushed ice. Shake and serve with fresh mint sprigs.

Berry Sweetheart

    Ingredients :- [serves 1]    
    90ml Red cranberry juice   
    90ml Fresh apple juice   
    30ml honey   
    Sweetened cherry to garnish

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add juices and honey in a shaker and shake well. Add the mixture in the tall glass. Garnish with a sweet cherry and serve chilled.

Afterglow

    Ingredients :- [serves 1]    
    20 ml Grenadine   
    80 ml Pineapple juice   
    80 ml orange juice

Method: Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Add the mixture in a tall glass with crushed ice. Serve chilled.

Ginger honey drink

   Ingredients :- [serves 1]    
   80 grams ginger [peeled and pounded] 
   Cinnamon stick broken into pieces 
   8 cups of water 
   Honey- to taste 
   Ice cubes

Method: Add ginger, cinnamon stick and water in a stainless pot and bring the water to boil.Strain the mixture and keep it aside to cool off thoroughly. Add honey to taste and stir well. Take a tall glass and fill 1/3rd of it with crushed ice. Pour the mixture and serve.
